I have been an immigration attorney for over 18 years, dedicating my practice to business-based immigration cases, complex business immigration matters, E-2 treaty cases, United States citizenship, TN cases, and both immigrant and non-immigrant waivers of inadmissibility. My expertise extends to representing international business clients on issues such as the immigration consequences of mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. I earned my Juris Doctor degree from Cardozo Law School in 1987 and spent 11 years practicing abroad with a U.S. law firm in the Middle East. Prior to focusing on immigration law, I served as general counsel for a global hi-tech company and was a senior attorney at an Israeli law firm, representing primarily hi-tech NASDAQ and OTCBB-listed companies in Israel and the U.S.
My extensive experience includes serving as international counsel to an aviation company and as chief legal officer and board member of an OTC medical/dental device manufacturer. I have counseled numerous hi-tech, brick-and-mortar companies, and medical/dental device manufacturers, giving me a keen business sense and years of immigration practice. I have handled dozens of E-2 cases in diverse fields ranging from cyber and Artificial Intelligence to restaurants and metal manufacturers. My deep understanding of corporate, securities, and immigration law has been instrumental in assisting NASDAQ companies with structuring mergers and acquisitions and navigating complex relocation issues. As a member of the Connecticut Bar and the AILA, I am committed to providing comprehensive legal support to help my clients achieve their immigration goals.
